TIME: 43:13 I got new running shoes last night...they always feel like butter! I can't decide how I feel. My left ankle is sore in a different spot (this is my SF ankle) and my right shin is sore. But I'm not sure if it hurts enough to require rest or to just run through it. The thing is....I'm not in a big hurry to bump up my miles. My main race of the year is SGM - which is in October (though I have lots of half marathons, I only want to really UV half and Hobble....which are both later in the year). It is only April. So if I need to chill for awhile, that is alright. RIGHT???!!!
