RUN/WALK - 4 miles, 50 minutes (walk 7 minutes - run 3 minutes) My ankle was a bit achy today, but felt great while I was walking/running. I'm not sure if the muscle is still weak (even after the bagillion exercises I've been doing) or if it is the stress fracture. 4 miles is the furthest I've gone in a long time. I'm not even sore from yesterday's ride. Hooray! |
