My ankle is quite sore today after Saturday's run *sigh*.....So I hopped on the stair climber. Not sure that was the best thing, but I got a fantastic workout! That thing is so flippin hard....just like running!

The Stairmaster kicks you in the b-hind, doesn't it? I think it's some of the best X-training around.
That ankle issue just needs to get out of here! You have been dealing with that far too long.
