Met Callie at the rec this morning and jumped into an ice-pond of a pool. Brrr..... I admit, I was feeling a bit grumpy. My heels were feeling so sore yesterday. I rubbed and rubbed them in hopes to rub out all the soreness (which I think irritated it). I went and got some heel pads and some KT tape. I was feeling sorry for myself all evening. When I got up this morning, they were still a bit achy after being off them all night. But they felt good during the pool and have felt much better today. Who knows! I think I am going to wait an extra day or two till I run on them again.

It helped the time go by faster and fun to hear her music choice (she knows how to ROCK!!).
