Marathon Training Day 2:
I had a hard time focusing this morning (keeping up the speed, how many sets I was doing) and I was having problems with my ipod. I will admit, I am getting "bored" with aqua running. I will continue to do it because I want to continue to train, I just hope it is for nothing! Aqua run (45 minutes - 5 running miles) 5 min warm up 11x2:30 min 5 min cool down No bike ride today (Tim has YM) or yesterday (it was raining yesterday and I still not that comfortable on a bike)
