MCT with Mel and Michelle and crew. 39 degrees and sunny. 20 minute lift before run. I felt super great on this run. I wish I would have paid closer attention to my paces. I think I could've run faster, but I still had a little left in the tank. Good chats with Coach Mel. Really good run.
