Finally, I got to the gym this week! I was about to go crazy with my lack of exercise! It was great to test out my new running shoes - they are like butter!
Easy 3 miles to warm the ankle up!

I love this! 3 miles!!! Just to 'warm things up'. I'm so glad the ankle is feeling better and that you were able to find a few minutes to get out with all the hard work you've been doing.
