After riding the mini sprint course last weekend, hills (big ones) have been on my mind. I found a route with lots of them to help me get stronger (it can't hurt to do them even if I don't do the tri). I always feel better after I exercise. I haven't been as motivated the past little while, so it was nice to clear my mind. 9.32 miles (including 4 BIG hills) 49.35 minutes
