50 minutes - 4.86 miles 2 x (2 min walk to 8 min run) 2 x (1 min walk to 9 min run) 1 x (2 min walk to 8 min run) I picked up the pace today just a smidge and threw in another minute of running and so far today, my ankle feels great! Hip hip hooray! This is the farthest I've run since December 2009. I'm starting to feel a sore throat coming on, achy ears and body aches - so I hope to get to bed at a normal time tonight (no late night sewing!!!).
