My run was up 12mph (for the last .25) and down 10mph for the .75. I felt good and had controlled breathing. My right IT band is still really sensitive. Bugger.....

Nice workout Toby! Sorry about that darn ITB! Since you've been good on the foam rolling, I'm not sure what to tell you :( Stretch, roll and work on hip balancing/stability exercises. I really think spinning helped balance me out as well.
