40 minutes My goal was to go as slow as I could. My body felt so "rickety" all day. Weird things ached...places that have never hurt before. My right glute/lower back was on FIRE. I may have slept on it weird. I don't know how you all run a gazillion miles a week. I feel like I am falling apart! But my slow slow slow run was just what I needed. Most of the achiness went away. Plus the weather was beautiful.....a shorts and t-shirt kind of a day. Lots of stretching throughout the day and ice after the run. Rest day tomorrow...Rex Lee 10K on Saturday. The first race of the year. My goal is just to finish. I need to have a starting point for racing goals.
