2xhospital mile (to see if I could even run) + Evergreen + Melissa's street.  61 degrees!!!!  I got news this morning that my dad was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike.  And then his wife passed away while waiting to go see him in the ER.  

I'm grateful that I was able to run this morning to process all of this.
