Back on the stair climber, eh? How did your ankle feel?
Nice workout today.

So are miles on the stair climber measured in vertical miles? :) If so, you climbed a stairway to heaven today!
Nice workout, hopefully all is feeling well. You'll have to bring your book and join us at the Legacy Center spin class next week - it's loads of fun! :)

Very impressive workout!
I love your quote from yesterday; waiting for my husband to run long enough to "get" it.

Carolyn- not really back on the stair climber. I'm going to try once/twice a week and see how it goes. It is the closest "machine" workout to running.
RAD-I totally want to join you guys next weekend at the LLC. I'm afraid your going to kick my tail :)
Aunti-How is your garden?

GREAT workout, you are tough in so many way. The rest of us only know how to run! I would drown in the pool.
