Thankfully, there was no snow, but it was the yuckiest road to run on.  SO SO SO boring.  The heel of  my foot feels like there are knives shooting through it.  I think I am done with running.  Blech....so many stupid injuries.

sorry about the dumb PF coming back. I find that cycling aggravates mine. the pushing on the toes irritates the fascia and it takes more calves, which causes the tightening of the PF to begin with. No medical expert to back me up...just my two cents.

Dang those knives!!! So sorry about the injuries. I was just telling RAD that there seems to be alot injuries going around and it made me sad! :( Hope you get that figure out soon so we can run together again...then there will be no boring road; and we'd laugh ourselves silly! :)
