Time: 55:43 AP 9:22 (9:53, 9:37, 9:25, 9:15, 9:09, 8:51) Beautiful day for a run! It was slow and I stopped twice to stretch (my darn glutes are SO tight and seem to spasm constantly). I felt ok...my left ankle tendon was tender and my right leg has a small spot with shin splints. Lots of ice today and rolling on a baseball. Going 8 tomorrow with my hubby. I don't think we have run today (excluding races) since we had kids. Hooray for an early morning babysitter.
