36:06 minutes I am always sore when I do an evening run, then an early morning run. But sore is all...no ankle or knee issues. FANTASTIC! I decided to go to the gym way early this morning and get my workout done (instead of doing it during preschool time...needed to head to the temple). Oh those early mornings work me over in the tired department. But I went slow and stopped and stretched a bunch! I feel really good today and am still riding off yesterday's high. Hope I can get some biking in tomorrow.
