So I'm really sad about the new Boston qualifying times. A 3:35 marathon just seems super duper fast for a poke like me! Dropped my youngest off at preschool and ran from the teachers house (I haven't been to the gym all week...I'm liking this warmer weather!). I'm still feeling so so so slow. I know I am building my aerobic base from scratch and it takes time! But....
34:25 minutes (AP - 8:36) (9:16, 8:48, 8:28, 7:51) I felt good during the run, but seemed to huff and puff a lot.
