RUN/WALK - 4.25 miles (5 mins walk to 5 mins run - except for the last 2 segments, I ran for 5:30 and 6). I can't tell you how WONDERFUL it felt to run today. Really run - I ran almost 2 miles. My ankle felt so great that I really did have to restrain myself not to go further or faster. It's coming folks, its coming! BIKE - 15.69 miles 1:02:57 minutes - I felt good on the bike too, but it was hot. I hope to get a longer, harder ride in this week. I still feel like I am so slow on a bike!
I think I will be able to do the mini sprint triathlon in November. I'd better be able to run the 5k gosh darn it!
