3.65 miles walking in 55 minutes (3.5 MPH at 2.5%hill) (I have to confess....I had a really good song on my Ipod, so I ran.....only 1 minute...but I did it and it felt great). Then I came home and rode for 30 minutes - Hubby was leaving, so that was all the time I had. No pain and I'm feeling good!
