Got in 6 before leaving for work today.  My legs are tired but I have a lot more energy.

6 @ 7:20 ave pace

6.75 after work - @ 7:07 ave pace - almost done with the week

ok I'm having a bad diet day.  thai at lunch with my boss from IL - and now peanut butter capn crunch for dessert at dinner.  I guess I'll have plenty of energy for my long run tomorrow at least...  I was having a good week too.  rats...

You better have tired legs this morning after such an amazing tempo run last night. You are my running idol!

thanks Rhett-

how's the leg?

I've mapped a 19 miler for the morning. It should be a good route I guess.

Have fun on your long run.

My leg is mostly better. I've started running again this week, but I'm just keeping it to short easy runs for now.

When your runs are sooo good...you are 100% permissable to eat bad! BTW, Thai food is soooo good and you deserve that dessert...nice carb-load! :)

Have fun on the 19 miler. I'll be doing my one mile race in the morning. I wish I knew beforehand how fast I can run a mile, but I don't. I'll know in less than 12 hours. Wish me luck.

By the way, I was eating well today, until this evening at the corn maze, where they had mini-donuts and sloppy joes. I think I'll be ok, because we probably walked 3 miles trying to get out of the corn maze.

Dang!!! I love Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch!!! :) :) :)

Maybe the bad diet is in the air. I ate three, yes, THREE, cinnamon rolls yesterday.

Killer miles this week!

Have fun tomorrow! :)

Rhett - glad to hear the good news.

Smooth - thanks! - Yeah i love Thai, especially when my company pays for it. :)

Dale- good luck on the mile today. Remember - you should be close to red lining it for most of it. and Have Fun! And those sloppy joes sound good. I like them, but no one else in my family does.

Teena - you'll work those three rolls off today, I guarantee. Add a little tang to the PBCC, and we have a balanced breakfast, right? At least I thought so when I was a kid.
