Hey Rhett - nice to hear from you. I know things have been crazy. Hang in there!

Actually my foot has been really good this week. Since I've started running after this, it has been achy and has given me a little pain on unstable surfaces. But this week it feels almost 100% normal. I've tied my shoe a little tighter this week, maybe that has something to do with it.
