Felt really pretty good today.  Took a whole new route.  I need to make a few this week just to shake things up a bit.

4.1 after work - @ 6:55 ave pace.  It is great to feel good for once.  The heat wasn't as bad today.  Such a big difference that makes.

I'm on the count down to good weather. It shouldn't be much longer before it's really nice in the mornings. Looks like you took advantage of the cooler weather with a fast paced 4.1 miler.

So happy you had a nice day with 2 happy runs! It's nice to change things up a bit with a new route! GOOD JOB!
