The stinky thing about working the early schedule at the Hurricane clinic is that I don't get to run with Ry. That happens to be my schedule through Thursday. It's a really fun clinic though. :-(

100 meter final: 4th place, 13.xx seconds.

200 meter final: 5th place, 29.01 seconds

4 x 100 relay: his team took first

Sophia:

1500 meter final: 3rd place, 5:34.9

800 meter final: 1st place, 2:41.09 (new personal best and Region CHAMP)

You have to make the top 5 to advance to nationals, i.e., USATF Junior Olympics National Championship, which is to be held in Texas next month! :-)
