| 5 miles with Ry, AP 8:17, in beautiful Snow Canyon! :-) Snow Canyon is actually 20 minutes driving time from our house. However, since that's where the kids have track 3-4 days a week it is super convenient if my work schedule allows. I love running there. |

| 5 miles, AP 7:56 Down River Road and back. I think I found an entrance to some more trails. :-) Oh and Smooth's post today reminded me of something: I probably need to find myself a good marathon training plan for SGM. My last couple of races that I have run without truly following some sort of plan have definitely had their shortcomings. Can't decide how many miles I am willing to train a week right now. I suppose I am just truly enjoying not having to cram so much into such little time. Almost like I am on vacation sprinkled with fun work that I get paid for. It's just plain not normal!!!! :-) |
