Had a hard time getting out of bed this morning.

Felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen. I'm sure it was related to my stinkin' cold. Luckily, I think I am at the tail end of it! :)
* Was tempted to run since my leg was feeling quite well today. Decided to stick with my plan of not running today and Wednesday. I'm kind of proud of myself but kind of disappointed at the same time. I can feel my running fitness slipping a bit. My hope is that it will come back quickly if I can get my body feeling the way it should. I hope I am making the right move but only time will tell. :) | Comments(5) |

The MP miles felt like threshold miles as was expected with the little running I have done the past few weeks. I suppose the laws of nature are still in check. Leg held up fine. :) |

Btw, who in their right mind would take two physics labs the same semester? And why do those labs seem to drag on FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER? And why is there no convenient parking by the physics buildings?
(Dang ... listen to me complain!!! OUCH!!! On a positive note: I got ready this morning in under 40 minutes, and that included washing out my swimsuit and ironing my clothes! SWEET!!!!)

*I enjoyed this run. After my warmup I would run .33 easy, .33 at MP, then .34 at threshold then repeat. Leg felt good after the warmup mile. :)
