Hi TEENA!!! was it nice on the JRP? When Melanie got back to her house after our early run this morning (she lives in Lehi) she thought we may have been able to do speed over there. I still don't think so. I assume you had some dusting and icy terrain? Great run!!

Julie~

I run on the JRP in West Jordan, Midvale, and Murray. It was very nice today. Absolutely no icy terrain. :)

Nice work Teena! I'm glad things are feeling better.

Julie, I'm planning on doing an earlier run on the Lehi JRP next week (not that I could keep up with your SLOW pace!), but the path down there is usually fabulous and I've never had problems running on it! Nice and pretty flat too.

So happy you can run, future doc.

Wow, nice work! How did everything feel? I hope you have a great weekend, too! I have been so happy for you since your announcement, love you Teena! :)

Thinking about you all weekend, still smiling big! :) :) :)

NICE mileage OUTSIDE, wish we had your company! Miss and love you! :)

You are so fast!!!!! Can I live vicariously through you? Also, what is the JRP?

Brooke~

Not completely painless, but not too bad. Sunday I could feel it more than I could while I was running. ;)

Doone~

JRP stands for Jordan River Parkway. It is a wonderful place to run that is merely 1.1 miles from my house! :)
