Trust me when I say my other miles were crazy slow!! :-) And I was pushing during the mile repeats. :-) (Which I suppose was the purpose.) :-)

Nice progression on those mile repeats in the middle of your 12 miler. Looks like you are setting up nicely for Boston PR!
