Smo and Sherm joined QuickFeet today! It was bittersweet! I knew they would love it but I also knew that many of my early morning runs with Smo would be coming to an end. Their practice starts at 6:30 a.m. at Snow Canyon High School so when work schedule permits I will have the luxury of running in the natural playground that surrounds the high school.

Began on the Snow Canyon trails -> pioneer highway -> Rachel street -> Puerto Street -> Center street and back. BEAUTIFUL. 5 miles up, 5 miles down.
