3 miles in the morning with Dustin. He took me on a new route. We drove up to the La Verkin Overlook trail. Parked the truck ran to the overlook and then back to the truck. A lot of up and down hill and running on dirt trying to avoid the pot holes. 1.5 Miles to the Overlook and then 1.5 miles back. Great workout for me. Great to have a new trail to run too. Good news they should be starting on our pool next week! We sure do need it in this heat! 2 more miles in the late evening with Dustin pushing Jarren in the stroller. Jarren was really wanting to go so we decided to head out. We ran up to my parents house and back. Time: 17:27 Splits: 10:25/7:02 these might not be quite right I don't think I can run that fast but my parents do live up a very steep long hill.
