Get well soon, Steve.

Do you think running with bronchitis makes it worse or better?

From Steve Piccolo on Sun, Feb 19, 2012 at 13:04:24 from 67.2.64.33

Not sure on that one, Burt. The conventional wisdom I've heard is that if your lungs are congested you should back off on your running to allow your immune system the most resources to tackle it. But if it's just a head cold, I've heard it's OK to train normally.

I'm definitely congested. Was wondering if giving the lungs a workout would help clear them. Sounds like it could make it worse.
