I split my run into two sessions today, even though both were short. It's just the way I had to do it. The first one was 2.2 miles in 16 minutes. The second was 3.3 miles in 24 minutes. Each had 8 short intervals. I felt great! It must have been the all you can eat buffet we went to beforehand. Brazilian churrasco! The week went well. I've been getting consistent, albeit short mileage the past 3 weeks now, I think. |
