6 am - easy energy station - out and back.
10 pm - Club run - tinman pace. Went out with Aaron and kept it at a solit 5:50 - 6:00 pace for the first 4-5 miles. The last 4-5 were about 6:00 pace - I started having stomach issues at mile 7'ish when I started getting tired and had to push more. Slowed down. |
