AM - Track workout with the club. This heat is not helping. I was supposed to do 5-6 x 1000 ended up with 4x 1000m. Forgot my flats and ended up running in my Brooks GTS tanks + the heat and humidity = slow wimpy times. 8 miles total.
PM - Went back out in the evening and got in anothe easy 6.25 miles. 102F
