I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
St. George Running Center
AM - Raining out decided to go to the gym and hit the treadmill. Ended up with only 5'ish miles then hit some weights.
AM - Track workout with the club. Was having stomach issue and ended up in the bathroom the whole morning. 2 x 1 mile 5:19, 5:23 - 5 miles total.
PM - Met up with Aaron M. and did the old tempo loop. 8 miles @ 6:04 pace. Felt stronger the second half. 16 miles total.
