Ran with Luke and Bill from the store over to the desert reserve and back to the store. Calves still feel a little tight and feeling some of the effects of the race.  I went and got a massage on Tue. and my calves were pretty messed up. Now they are a little better, but they are a little sore from the massage

Steve, great work out. I had nightmares all night! visions of you jumping out of the bushes! I need therapy now! Luke is a good runner. He seems like a good kid. I sent off my mesquite entry form today.

Hey Steve

Was the guy named Luke that you ran with yesterday, the same guy that was in the store the other day that had moved here from Arizona? Are we running tomorrow morning and if so what time?
