Back to running after about 5 weeks off.  It's amazing how easy it is to get out of the routine.  We got sick back in mid February and that derailed my training.  I did an easy loop to the stake center and back.  I decided to stay off the golf course trail since it is a muddy mess right now.  The frozen tundra is thawing out with temps in the upper 30s and 40s.  Time was 20:23 (8:09/mile).

Another loop out to the stake center, but I added a little more by going up this dirt road.  It goes up this ridge that snakes through this end of town, and I always wondered what was on the other side.  There's not a whole lot.  I've felt pretty good despite the weeks off.  The legs feel fine.  Let's hope that lasts.  Total time was 23:05 (7:42/mile).

I figured I should run at least once a week whether I need to or not.  It was a nice day but a bit on the windy side.  I'm getting a little tired of all the snow now.  It has kept me in decent shape with all of the shoveling though.  I just did a loop out to the stake center.  Total time was 19:57 (7:58/mile) for the 2.5.
