Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

6 miles on the TM.  Hip is annoying me and I will have to take running down to every other day I guess, or just 3-4 miles at a time.

Made it to the 3rd trimester.  I would really like to cintinue running for the remainder of the pregnancy, but my hip is really bothering me.

Stair climber for 40 minutes and I about killed over and died. 10 minutes of walking on the TM to cool down.  No hip pain when I run on the stairs on level 20.  Funny how that works!
