I did one segment of .05-15% incline running. 30 seconds at each incline all the way up to 15% and then each incline for 30 seconds all the way back down. No repeat on that one today.
8 EZ miles with the Mr. I didn't complain and we had a pleasant run. We ran out to the poop pond adding enough millage, we didn't have to run out to the West Gate (this is a good thing).
