I wanted another go at the TM workout I did on Monday. 2.5 mile warm up. 1 min on/1 min off. Offs were at 7.0 and ons were at 9.0-9.4 (5x total) 3 min on/2 min off 7.0 and 9.0 (repeated 6x, last one lasted 4 min) 1 min on/ 1 min off. 7.0 and 9.1-9.5, and one at 10. Quarter mile cool down. I felt so much better than Monday. My new tunes helped me stay motivated on the fast parts. |
