10 miles on the TM in my new Kinvaras. Sooo happy I got new Kinvaras, my feet have not been too happy with me. TM workout: 1 mile 7.0 7.5 mile 2: 8.0 8.5 mile 3: 7.0 7.5 miles 4-6: 8.0 8.5 miles 7-9 8.0-9.0 mile 10: cool down Legs don't feel very good. Yoga for Runners at home, my legs are just so inflexible. Don't know if it's because I don't stretch like I used to or I'm just getting old. |
