I have completed 27 marathons. 

Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

10 miles on the TM in my new Kinvaras.  Sooo happy I got new Kinvaras, my feet have not been too happy with me.  

TM workout: 1 mile 7.0 7.5 mile 2: 8.0 8.5 mile 3: 7.0 7.5 miles 4-6: 8.0 8.5 miles 7-9 8.0-9.0 mile 10: cool down

Legs don't feel very good.  Yoga for Runners at home,  my legs are just so inflexible.  Don't know if it's because I don't stretch like I used to or I'm just getting old.

I don't get the leg thing either. Too bad we need them to run. But I think you can safely cross the last one off the list!

I read some science-y article that stretching for runners was overrated anyway.

Nice run, looks like some good fast stuff in there. Kinvaras are great, I think I'm on my 5th pair.

flatlander- Sometimes the legs kill more than other days... Yes, too bad we need them to run. Makes me appreciate them even more.

Joe- I have read those articles too and I think they are written by a bunch of runners that could never touch their toes. My legs get so tight I feel like I am an 80 year old lady that wobbles around.
