1 hour on the Stair mill while reading a Yoga magazine. Made me want to do Yoga while I was on the stairs.

Yoga while stairmilling leads to accidents. Please forbear. You can't do all the kinds of cross training at the same time, you know? :)

Maybe you are right Kam. There is just not enough time to run AND cross train in all areas runners are expected to.
I hear to do the elliptical, bike, stairs, ARC trainer, YOGA, swimming.... The list goes on and on.
What are the best ways to cross train that would benefit a runner the most? And don't tell me aqua jogging. bleh
