My last BBK run. :(  I am pretty sad about it and I try not to think about it.

3 mile warm up.  Legs were nice and dead.

Yasso 800s on the track.  Don't run with a watch, just run by effort.  Effort:  Hard bun burner.  I felt strong start to finish.  Lots of fast people out there today!

1 mile cool down with Rachel.

:( :( :( :(  Will there be a great running group like this in Texas?

I am not even moving and it was my "last" workout, too!

You ran great this morning! Super speedy yourself.

Want to hear something funny, that 3rd Yasso I did where I said I was killing myself to keep up with others-yeah, not so fast. Just about the same as the rest. Weird.

Great Yassos Kelli. Those are always a real kick in the pants. You were speed lady today! Just zipped right past. Motivation for the rest of us. :)

Nice work out there Becca! I think you'll be surprised how easy it will be for you to hit a PR at SGM! If I have to do it, you do too! :)

I'm sorry I missed your last BBK workout. I have a very sore foot and am taking the week off. Good Luck in your marriage. I'm sure you'll find a good running group in Texas.

I understand how hard it is to leave the bbks. That was the toughest part of my move. What part of Texas are you moving to? Please say Fort Worth....

CONGRATULATIONS to you and David! Saw RAD's pix on Monday! You two are such a beautiful and handsome couple! ♥♥♥♥♥♥

I ran into your mom this morning! Had to apologize for missing your reception on Friday. I'll be heading to Logan in the afternoon (bumping a ride and a couch of a friend)...so sorry!

Have a wonderful wonderful honeymoon and safe move to TX. Keep in touch! Love ya!
