Did some kind of speed work on the TM. Foot has been a lot of pain the last two days due to my deep wart. Wart needs to die soon. David told me you have to make a beast angry before you can kill it. Hmmmm, I'll go with that.

Thank you so much Melanie. I was home for the STG marathon believe it or not. We have been married since September and life is really good. It's about 80 degrees here during the daytime. They say it can get really cool down here, about 35. I am really enjoying the weather. I will want to be in Utah come summer.
