I got a few in on the TM. Needless to say it was really hot and I will be going back later to finish my workout. Felt pretty gross. Went back to the gym... 1 mile WU. 1 mile repeats 5X @ 7:00 mm, last mile around 6:40 1 mile cool down. I felt good about this workout. If my long run goes as planned, I think I will pull this marathon off. I think my goal is just to BQ. |
