1 hour on the Stairmaster. I have never sweat that much in my life. By the time I was done there were puddles and my shirt and shorts were dripping. Gross.

Welcome to Texas and the Humidity. I actually like it though - it has been great for my skin.
How are things going? Have you thought about your next marathon?

Jody,
I thought Del Rio wasn't that bad until I go to the gym or run outside. I keep thinking a storm or something is coming. It has been nice to my skin as well, that is plus. It is still really nice out, don't miss the cold days Utah will be having soon.
Any advice on some marathons? I won't be able to do Austin. Is there anything out there you are aware of that falls on a Saturday? There are a few marathons I have seen but I am not that excited about them. I need something on my agenda in Feb. or March. Any suggestions?
RAD,
Strange, strange addiction I have with that machine. Today I was running and I stopped because I wanted to do the stairs! Something is wrong here. I might as well sign up for the Great Wall of China Marathon. That is obviously what my crazy body wants to do lately. It's actually been going on for a few months now.
Allie,
Thank you. I think you are right, no better way. Spin class does come close.

Becca,
I am hunting for Saturday Marathon and will let you know what I find out. I know St. Jude's is on a Saturday, but I think it is in the fall. I will keep looking and maybe we can try to find something close in the spring.
