Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training.  Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.

2 mile walk before church to get the blood pumping before I sit all day.  Decided while I walked today that I'm come up with a challenge- do SOMETHING everyday until the new year.  That's 25 days of exercise, no misses! Today is day 1

Heather & I were going to meet, but she cancelled.  So I will workout after work today is day 2 of the 25 day workout challenge!

update: after work I finally got in a walk, nothing spectacular, but about 20-30 minutes of walking.  I didn't take a watch, but I'm going to guesstimate about 1.5 mi.  Tomorrow weight class1

I can still do it! Ran 8 with Sole Sisters. Feeling a bit more inspired to sign up for Painter's Half.  Over the last week I've been feeling lazy, like I just wanted to sign up for the 5k- but thanks to good friends who push me... I'm slowing coming around to the idea of the 1/2.  Better get on the ball, it'll be here in a little over a month!
