Upper body & abs weights and toning.  Listened to Me First & The Gimmee Gimmees, Bouncing Souls, NoFX, Rancid, Ramones etc... good stuff.  Forgot how good the old pop-punk is. Those were the days!

I like listening to the old songs they used to play at stake dances when I run. He he.

What a great picture of you and T! But I have to ask...is that a real tattoo? You really ARE a wild chica!

I had the same dilemma about the goal type. "Age division winner" is a goal that is easy to apply to races of any length, so that's why I chose it.

Back at it! You are doing so good. Is Bryce your next race? I think Clyde is doing it so I will probably be there, but doing the 5K at most!

Yeah, Lybi its a real tattoo. I was waiting for someone to ask. I try to keep the arm one under wraps but kinda hard in the summer. I actually have 3! It seemed cool when I was 19 and running around with the skate/surf crowd in Florida. Definately NOT so cool now. Its a great object lesson for my kids, YW and RS classes though- ha ha!

Mik'L- I'm glad I'll be seeing you in Bryce. Linda10k is going and Marcie too. Sounds like we'll have a nice little FRB group! (I'm not ready for the 1/2 at all. I'd run the 5k with you, but I'm already registered for the 1/2)
