Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training.  Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.

Sleep time is getting shorter and shorter everynight.  Gotta work on getting to bed earlier!  Early morning weight class at gym today.  Been on a pretty good roll w/ mileage lately, and I'm missing not getting any in today.  I think I'll try to sneak in 3-4 while kids are at sports practices today. Plan on spin tomorrow, run rest of the week.

Jody said she had a fun run with you while she was in St. George. Good job on going to weight class at the gym - I get bored with those. I will keep my fingers crossed that things work out for you to get a few miles in this afternoon!

Christiiiii, spin classes are great. Hey, run like and Egyptian? Is Jody now a shuffling sista also? You chikas are having way too much fun on the run.
