Long run tonight.  And when I say long, I mean LONG, as in SLOW! Met up w/ Heather, Chris, Matt & Nephi.  Everyone was having issues- tummy issues, knee issues, etc.  I think running in the evening was throwing everyone off.  This route had a couple TOUGH hills too. But we got 'er done, over 10 miles.  I won't even begin to tell you how long it took! Pretty run around Sand Hollow Reservoir, started out warm, but cooled off to perfection for the most of the run.  Less than 25 miles to go this week to meet my goal.

Wow! Long run in the middle of the week! Not to mention that it was at night. James and I have both noticed that long runs at night just feel harder for some reason, like you are already a little tired out from the day's work when you start.

Commando points are in order, I think!

Gotta love the perfection! I'm sure before long it will stay hot all night long for all of you down in Dixieland! Still plenty of time to get in the 25 miles for the birthday goal! Good job!

Great job getting in those miles. And that far from home too. i don't know how you do it. But then again your kids are older and that's awesome you can do that stuff.
